Known limitations

What the SDK does not capture or replay.

  • WKWebView traffic is not captured: it runs in a separate process.
  • Low-level sockets and stacks that do not use URLSession are out of scope.
  • Replay is not available for background URLSessions.
  • SwiftUI navigation is not detected: requests are filed under the last UIKit screen on display.
  • Only JSON bodies are stored. Other content types are recorded as metadata only, and only JSON responses can be replayed.
  • The SDK is meant for Debug builds.
